Whether it's our new virtual sessions or our traditional in-person seminars, the objectives are the same. Participants learn how to achieve more positive outcomes from their interpersonal interactions, leadership, and work relationships.
These five unique programs are the culmination of decades of teambuilding, management consulting, teaching, designing corporate training programs, executive coaching, and facilitating high-impact projects for diverse organizations industry-wide. This extensive practical experience has shaped the distinctive content, design, and power of these programs.
Each represents a core element of how to effectively engage others and collaborate. Our programs are continually updated to incorporate new research findings, insightful session activities, and valuable techniques:
The new virtual versions of these programs are 2-hour sessions. The in-person versions are half-day. Additionally, major portions of each constitute our 3-day Collaborative Excellence Program for clients who prefer scheduling a longer session that covers all five topics. Our other title for this longer program is The Matrix Partnership when we adapt it for matrix organizations. When it is conducted for a leadership team, we incorporate a special section called Team Game Plans.

As teambuilding sessions:
Each session is more than a powerful learning experience. It's also a teambuilding experience when those attending are expected to work together beyond the session. The shared learning experience creates a common "language" and teamwide appreciation for the concepts we cover. As a result, participants often encourage each other afterwards to apply what they learned together.
Significance for leadership teams:
Ultimately, the quality and pace of your organization's results - and how employees genuinely feel about the culture - pivot on how those in leadership positions set the tone, individually and collectively.
